AgeWell Services provides programs in Muskegon, Ottawa and Oceana Counties. A 501(c)(3) non-profit formerly known as Nutritional Services for Older Americans (NSOA) and Meals on Wheels. The agency began in 1973 and has expanded from nutrition program to offering a complete array of wellness opportunities for older adults
Meals:
Activity Centers are located throughout Muskegon, Ottawa, and Oceana counties.
The programs mesh socialization, support services and nutritious meals to add more to life and keep older adults independent. With our 17 locations, you are sure to find one convenient to you.
In addition, the Meals on Wheels program delivers over 1200 meals daily on 50 routes originating out of one kitchen. This service is committed to the belief that all have the right to live independently with dignity and respect in their own home. Our drivers not only bring healthy meals but a daily check on their wellbeing. The cost of home-delivered meals for one year is equal to the cost of one day in a hospital.
