Adair Vineyards

Adair Vineyards is a family owned and operated vineyard and winery located in New Paltz, New York, off the Shawangunk Wine Trail.

Adair wine is made from 100% Hudson Valley grapes and fruit, much of which is from our 11 acres of vineyard located on the property. Adair works with local farmers to make the best wine possible, and to truly give you a taste of the Hudson Valley. You can find Adair wines at farmers markets throughout the Hudson Valley and beyond, and you can also come visit the winery for a tasting and a stroll through the vineyards. The winery and tasting room are located in a historic Dutch barn.
