3-30 Golf and Country Club

History:

3/30 Club opened in 1969 as a project of the newly formed Lowden Development Corporation, on the former Hugo and Alice Meyer farm on the east edge of Lowden. Stock shares were sold to the public at $100 per share to raise money to build the facility. 3/30 Club opened with a nine hole golf course, swimming pool and clubhouse, and an addition was built to the clubhouse in 1970. Another major addition and remodeling project to the clubhouse took place in 1992.
