Wolfson and Mullen Talk To AARP Wyoming Members Regarding Election 2024
Wyoming’s primary election is over, but speculating on its impacts continues.
To help AARP Wyoming and its members discern what took place during the 2024 Primary Election and what to expect in the 2024 General Election and beyond, AARP Wyoming will host a webinar with Wyoming journalists Leo Wolfson of the Cowboy State Daily, and Wyofile.com’s Maggie Mullen at noon on Aug. 29.
The Zoom webinar is free, but registration is required and can be done through this link. You do not need to be an AARP Wyoming member or over the age of 50 to participate.
The webinar will be the latest AARP Wyoming Government Relations Team (GRT) meeting. Members of the GRT volunteer to follow bills of AARP member interest throughout the year, meeting weekly (in session) or monthly (during the interim) to discuss policy and offer feedback for AARP Wyoming staff on various issues. The meetings take place in person in Cheyenne and are available to those outside the Capitol City through Zoom. To be included on the GRT’s email list, simply contact Tom Lacock at tlacock@aarp.org.
