We're Teaming Up with St. Peter's University Hospital & Healthier Middlesex for New Brunswick's Walk With a Doc Chapter!

AARP NJ, St. Peter's University Hospital, and Healthier Middlesex are proud to present the New Brunswick Walk With a Doc Chapter!

Walk with a Doc is a free community walking program where each event is led by a local healthcare provider and is open to people of all ages and abilities. The program allows participants to safely take a walk, learn about current health topics, and meet new people.

Walking is one of the BEST things you can do for your overall health. It’s low impact, safe (with a doctor’s okay), and best of all – free. You can Register for each walk by clicking on any of the dates below. Walks will be the first Saturday of each month at Buccleuch Park (Meeting Location: Park Pavilion) in New Brunswick at 11 a.m.
