NOTE: THE LOCATION/MEET UP SPOT FOR THE DECEMBER 14TH WALK HAS BEEN CHANGED TO: Steinberg Rink (located in Forest Park), 400 Jefferson Drive, St. Louis, 63110. CLICK HERE for a map. This change is only for the walk on December 14th.

Walk with a Doc is a series of free monthly group walks that start with a brief health discussion, followed by a physician-led walk.

AARP in St. Louis with our 'Doc', Dr. Oruwari, want you to join us!

Take a STEP toward better health and join us for our next walk on December 14th. This doctor-led group is a fun and safe place to go for a walk, learn about health, and meet new friends.

The events are FREE and all are welcome!

This program is a great opportunity to take a walk in Forest Park, learn about relevant health topics, log your steps and meet new people!

Participants walk at their own pace, engage in a discussion on the featured health topic while walking, and are encouraged to ask questions during the discussion. Each session will be an hour and will start on the back patio of the Forest Park Visitor’s Center (see note above for location change for December 14th walk only). In case of inclement weather, you will receive a separate email with additional information.

For those interested in not driving to the park but taking MetroLink from the Shrewsbury or North Hanley stations, we will have an AARP volunteer assist you with that trip. Just note that you want to take the MetroLink on the registration form and we will take it from there - finding a volunteer escort and providing you with a schedule for your train ride. (Participants are responsible for the MetroLink fare)

We hope to see you at our next walk!
