The American Legion fiercely advocates for the unique needs of every generation of veterans, service members, and their families who pledge to protect our nation. They work to destigmatize mental health support, offer peer-to-peer resources, and empower everyone to Be The One in the fight to end veteran suicide.

Upstate Warrior Solution offers a variety of services to support veterans and their families. Whatever your need may be – employment, navigating VA benefits, or simply meeting other warriors in the Upstate – they want to support you.

USO South Carolina
The USO's mission is to strengthen the well-being of military members and their families. They provide a number of services and supports including entertainment, gathering places, support transitioning to civilian life, and airport services.

Fisher House Columbia: A Home Away from Home

AARP is a long-time supporter of Fisher House Columbia which provides free lodging to veterans and family caregivers of veterans receiving medical care.
