Ohio Stepping Up and Stepping Out

Posted on 01/08/25

Turn a lifetime of experience into the experience of a lifetime!

Become an AARP Ohio volunteer and help protect the rights and well-being of people ages 50-plus by working on issues, such as fraud prevention, supporting family caregivers, helping make homes and communities more livable for people as they age, engaging voters, and advocating for beneficial policies on the local, state and national levels.

Enjoy fun sporting, cultural and community events. Whether you can spare a few hours or commit long-term, you can make a difference and new friends, too.

AARP offers both remote and in-person volunteer opportunities. To learn more about our volunteer opportunities, sign up to attend one of the following open houses. Our volunteers will answer your questions, explain why AARP Volunteers have the best, flexible fun experiences and, of course, encourage you to become one. Everyone is welcome! We're sure you will enjoy yourself as we provide dessert, music and a wonderful environment.
