The program has been offered via Facebook Live for the past two years because of the pandemic. The 30-minute sessions are held at 10 a.m. every other Tuesday starting this month.

Now, one class a month will be in person at the FitLot outdoor fitness park at Rose Mofford Sports Complex, 9833 N. 25th Ave. in Phoenix. It will still be livestreamed at facebook.com/aarparizona

Recordings of previous sessions are also available on Facebook and at youtube.com/AARPArizona.

Little, who has taught health and wellness for 20-plus years, discusses topics such as making nutritious meals, improving balance and stability, and starting a meditation practice.

“Back to Basics is about eating right, making sure you get enough sleep and moving your body,” she says.

January’s theme is making healthy resolutions.
