Get your blood flowing with Tai Chi! AARP Texas makes it easy with this free series of online classes. You'll enjoy this interactive and graceful form of exercise that combines slow, focused movements with deep breathing.

Join AARP Texas and Dallas Meditation for an enriching online Tai Chi series on Wednesdays, starting March 5 through June 25, at 10 a.m. CT. Experience the gentle flow of postures that seamlessly flow from one to the next, keeping your body in constant, soothing motion.
