Our virtual healthy living series is continuing in 2024! Join AARP New Jersey for a virtual tai chi class, which includes a presentation on brain health. On Wednesday, February 21 at 12 p.m. or 6 p.m. ET, you’ll have the opportunity to get active in the comfort of your home.

Join Us for Tai Chi and Brain Health!

In this one-hour, virtual class, participants will learn about ways to support brain health. Then, a Tai Chi instructor will lead participants through movements that emphasize balance, strength, flexibility, posture, inner peace and aim to reduce stress.
Participants will be guided through basic Tai Chi movements that they can practice on their own. Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to join the online Zoom meeting.

Registration is required and space is limited, so please register today!

For this virtual class, you will need internet access. Please remember to have water and comfortable clothing that is conducive to movement. Please consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
