Get Moving with Zumba Gold Classes

Get ready to dance your way to fitness with Zumba Gold classes at Alicea Field of Dreams (Hess Road). These classes are a lower-intensity version of the Zumba exercise class that's designed for older adults, beginners, and people with physical limitations.


If you haven't tried it before, this is a great way to get moving at your own pace and surrounded by others wanting to have fun and get healthy.



The park will become a vibrant workout space filled with energetic music and enthusiastic participants, all moving to the beat. Have a blast as you shimmy, shake, and groove your way to a healthier you.



It’s a workout party you won’t want to miss! These classes are FREE, but you must register for each one individually to participate.
