Lancaster
Christmas Spirit Light Show at Clipper Magazine Stadium – Experience a breathtaking drive-through holiday light show that’s bigger and brighter than ever! After enjoying the lights, step inside the stadium to marvel at Christmas Tree Lane, featuring over 100 beautifully decorated Christmas trees. Cast your vote for your favorite tree ($2 per vote), with 100% of the proceeds going to charity. Don’t miss Santa Claus, carolers, and—on Thursdays—live reindeer! Christmas Tree Lane is free to enter, and tickets for the light show are available online.

Winter Light Spectacular at the Lehigh Valley Zoo, Allentown – This holiday extravaganza features more than 1.2 million twinkling lights, fire pits to keep you warm, and live performances by beloved princesses that kids will adore. PA State Capitol Christmas Tree – The Christmas tree at the Pennsylvania State Capitol is decorated with handmade ornaments crafted by older Pennsylvanians from Senior Community Centers across the state. The tree will be lit after Thanksgiving, bringing festive cheer to the Capitol and marking the official start of the holiday season.

The Miracle on South 13th Street – Between Tasker and Morris Streets, this iconic South Philly neighborhood transforms into a dazzling Christmas wonderland. Neighbors collaborate to string up festive lights, creating a whimsical display that’s pure Philly charm. It’s free to walk or drive down this twinkling street and enjoy the magic of community spirit.
Pittsburgh
International Santas at PPG Place – Step into a world of holiday wonder with life-size displays of Santas celebrating Christmas traditions from around the globe, located in the lobbies of One PPG Place and Two PPG Place. While you're there, don't miss the charming entries in the Gingerbread House Competition, showcased at PPG Place and the historic City-County Building. Be sure to look for the submission crafted by AARP Pittsburgh volunteers! Both exhibits are free and perfect for a festive outing.

Christmas Magic: A Festival of Lights – Wander along a half-mile woodland trail at Rocky Ridge Park, illuminated by more than one million Christmas lights and enchanting holiday scenes. This family-friendly event is a must-see, but be sure to plan ahead—admission is by online reservation only, with no walk-ins permitted.
