A free, fun, and friendly weekly 5k community event. Walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate – it's up to you!

We all take part for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace!

Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee at Starbucks, Woodlands Parkway - please come and join us!

The course consists of 3 loops of a purpose built jogging trail. The start and finish are close to the trail entrance.
