East of the River in Jia Mia, 'Daughter of Mine', is a journey braiding the rich musical traditions of the Sephardic diaspora through N.Africa and the Ottoman Empire. Infectious Eastern rhythms mix with the unique timbres of the instruments. A brilliant ensemble of five, with Daphna Mor and Nina Stern.
