About the Event
All you need are five basic cooking skills for a good answer to the most important question of the day, “What’s for dinner?” With these skills, you can easily save time and money by using what you have on hand to prepare meals that will make your tastebuds dance a jig.
In this session, chef Sandra Lewis will teach you the building blocks of Skill 4: Soup-Making and demonstrate how a handful of ingredients can transform into a beautiful and tasty liquid form. We’ll sweep away the mystery of soup-making so that you can assemble a satisfying meal in a flash.
