About the Event
AARP Virginia and the Black History Museum & Cultural Center of Virginia celebrates Women’s History Month with a webinar highlighting eight Black women from Virginia and their historical impact.
In keeping with the "African Americans and Labor" theme from the Association for the Study of African American Life and History, we’ll discuss these remarkable women and their significant contributions to society from Reconstruction through the Civil Rights Movement.
