About the Event
This 30-minute virtual yoga and meditation session, led by Paula Bayer of Yoga Happens Here, aims to guide participants in cultivating a serene energy both on the yoga mat and in daily life.
As the class progresses, Paula guides participants through a combination of dynamic and restful postures, carefully curated to enhance flexibility and balance. The yoga poses and meditation practices taught are designed to help foster sustained physical, mental and spiritual health.
