Join AARP New Orleans for “Turn-Up Thursday” classes (weekly on Thursday mornings) with fitness trainer Frederick Griffith. The classes include stretching, flexibility, balance, low-impact aerobics, core and strength training to the beat of old school music.
Frederick Griffith is a New Orleans-based personal trainer with over 10 years of experience.“A good physical fitness program is the road to more energy, a toned body and improved health outcomes. Consistency is key.“

For this virtual class, you will need internet access. It is recommended that you use 2 - 3lb weights for the exercises.
