Join naturalist Kelly Dwyer from Nature Education Opportunities on November 15 (2-4 pm) for this interactive workshop in-person at SELT (247 North River Road) in Epping as we explore quick and easy strategies to connect with nature on a daily basis-even inside your home or workspace.
During the workshop you will:
- Create a terrarium made from local natural materials such as moss, lichens and ferns.
- Learn nature-themed deep breathing techniques and stretches for instant energy or calm.
- Explore easy 5 minute “Nature Break” ideas to engage with the natural world-right outside your door. Perfect for Holiday stress management!
Kelly Dwyer, founder of Nature Education Opportunities, is an award-winning environmental educator and certified NH elementary teacher. She has been creating and delivering engaging programming for audiences of all ages for over 15 years.
