Take steps to lead a healthier lifestyle. Learn about health topics from a local physician and enjoy a walk and community connection. Walk with a Doc is a great way to get out, get active, and enjoy all the benefits of walking. Our walking group is a safe and fun opportunity to get some steps, learn tips to improve you health, and meet new friends.
The health talk will begin at 9am, and we will start the walk at around 9:15 am.
