About the Event
Join us each week to practice standing yoga postures aimed at building functional strength, improving posture and enhancing stability and balance. Each session ends with gentle relaxation to release tension and restore calm.
This practice supports both body and mind in staying strong, steady and resilient. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
How to Join
