Are you ready to dive into the exciting world of pickleball? Whether you're new to the game or looking to improve your skills, this six-part boot camp will cover everything you need to know, from pickleball rules to serving, dinks and footwork. You'll be able to interact with fellow participants, ask questions and share your progress.
During the series, we’ll also explore the six pillars of brain health, including the importance of engaging in activities that keep you active. Regular exercise can boost your mood and help protect your memory.
