About the Event
Join us for a six-week mobility practice, essential to improving strength, stamina and flexibility. Mobility increases blood flow to the muscles and is a critical aspect of function that affects overall quality of life. Learn how to increase your range of motion, relieve tight muscles, ensure good posture and athletic form, and even prevent injury.
We will focus on at least two body parts per session and end with a restorative cool down designed to reduce anxiety and balance the nervous system. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
