Join Coach Carl Powell for a monthly series to engage your mind and body. Each interactive session will include a dive into one of the Six Pillars of Brain Health, group sharing, and body and brain physical activities such as Qigong, tapping, stretching and more.
February Pillar: Be Social. Explore the connection between staying socially engaged and mentally sharp. Learn about the free social engagement resources from AARP’s Staying Sharp program – such as brain health challenges and workshops and volunteer opportunities with AARP. Share your tips for staying socially engaged. We'll also engage in gentle stretching, Qigong and tapping to facilitate your body and brain health.
