About the Event
Join us for Part 4 of our series on back pain as we integrate the concepts from the first three sessions into more complex movements that can help with pain relief.
With various levels of challenge, there's something here for everyone. We'll focus on strength, stability and mobility training, and on applying these movements to daily life. You can expect a better understanding of how to complete daily activities and exercise for the greatest long-term results.
We will dive a bit deeper into how different areas of the body are connected so that you can get the most out of every move, and explore common mistakes that may add to discomfort. The class is facilitated by Julia Fuller, a certified personal trainer and specialist in corrective exercise and biomechanics.
