Join the "Walk with a Doc"

National AARP is a proud sponsor of Walk with a Doc, a free walking program open to all who want to take steps toward a healthier lifestyle. Join Walk with a Doc Tucson every second Saturday of the month for a relaxed, one- to two-mile walk on level ground—at your own pace. We will be meeting at Rillito River Park Ramada, east of Swan Bridge on the south bank.

Each walk features a guest physician who will provide brief health tips and answer your questions as you walk. September’s featured guest: Kristen Smith, DPT, Tucson  Orthopedic.

Enjoy free heart-healthy snacks, engaging conversations, and a great way to boost your well-being. New participants receive a free t-shirt!
