Join Our Monthly Walk With A Doc Chapter Walks!

AARP NJ, St. Peter's University Hospital, and Healthier Middlesex are proud to partner in presenting the New Brunswick Walk With A Doc Chapter!  Walk With A Doc is a free community walking program where each event is led by a local healthcare provider and is open to people of all ages and abilities (you don't have to be an AARP member to join). The program allows participants to safely take a walk, learn about current topics, and meet new people.  Walking is one of the BEST things you can do for your overall health. It's low impact, safe (with a doctor's okay), and best of all - free. Walks held on the second Saturday of each month from 10am to 11am.  Sign up today and invite your kids, parents, friends to join!
