Join AARP Lehigh Valley for Move Studio Experience at St. Luke's SportsPlex!
Join us at The Move Studio at St. Luke’s SportsPlex for an exclusive introductory 45-minute low impact strength/mat+ class. Participants will be given the opportunity to participate in low intensity flexibility/mobility exercises, strength (light weight) activities as well as gentle (chair) yoga. Participants will also learn about other classes offered at the Move Studio including 1) rhythmic cycling, (2) Reformer, (3) MAT+ (mat Pilates, sculpt, yoga) & more.What's needed?
