About the Event
We’re excited to launch our Harvest Highlight series, celebrating recipes that showcase the best fruits and vegetables of the season. This January, vibrant citrus and hearty winter vegetables take center stage. Chef Mary will kick things off with two delicious creations: Pomegranate & Orange Greens Salad and Slow-Roasted Salmon with Citrus Salsa Verde. Recipes will be emailed in advance, so you’ll be ready to cook along.
