Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a flavorful journey across Latin America! AARP Texas and the Anita N. Martinez Ballet Folklórico invite you to Culinary Tuesdays, a vibrant in-person cooking series every Tuesday at 12 p.m. CST, from September 9 to October 14, held at the Anita Martinez Recreation Center. Each week, you'll explore the rich culinary traditions of a different Latin American country. From the bold spices of Mexican street tacos to the comforting flavors of Ecuadorian mini-llapingachos, these hands-on classes will teach you how to prepare and enjoy authentic dishes from Mexico, Guatemala, Peru, Venezuela and Ecuador. Whether you're a seasoned cook or just love good food, this series offers a delicious way to connect with culture and community.
