Our Holistic Wellness workshops are designed to provide practical tools that empower you to pursue a healthier and more mindful lifestyle. This month we’ll explore Mindfulness Tools for Illness/Cancer Recovery.
Research shows that the regular use of mindfulness tools helps to ease stress, increase resiliency, promote healing, and enhance overall well-being. This workshop will show you how to incorporate meditation, breath and movement into your life to:
- Overcome stress and anxiety and calm your racing mind
- Improve your physical and mental well-being

- Bring more serenity into your life
