Welcome to our Holistic Wellness Workshop series - we invite you to embark on a journey toward improved well-being! About the Event Our Holistic Wellness workshops are designed to provide practical tools to empower you to pursue a healthier and more mindful lifestyle. This month, experience increased tranquility during Mindful Breath, Somatic Movement and Yoga Nidra - a class of mindful breathing and gentle chair-friendly exercises followed by about 50 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a deeply relaxing form of yoga similar to a blissful guided meditation. The class will be led by instructor Barbara Deurwaarder, and all levels are welcome. Bring a mat and yoga props for comfort if you like, and have a chair available. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
