About the Event
Our Holistic Wellness workshops are designed to provide practical tools that empower you to pursue a healthier and more mindful lifestyle. This month we’ll work on experiencing increased tranquility in Mindful Breath, Somatic Movement and Yoga Nidra.
A period of mindful breathing and gentle chair exercises will be followed by about 50 minutes of yoga nidra, a deeply relaxing form of yoga similar to a blissful guided meditation. The class will be led by Barbara Deurwaarder, and all levels are welcome.
Bring a mat and yoga props for comfort if you like and have a chair available. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
