Take a 30-minute timeout for this online yoga class and get moving!
Put on your stretchy clothes and get ready to participate as Becca Impello leads the audience in a variety of mindful yoga movements that will range from chair stretches to floor exercises that may require a little more effort.
Practicing mindful movement - paying attention as you move to what’s going on in your body - can help you ease tension and find calm in stressful situations as well as enjoy feelings of well-being. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
