About the Event
Learn some new dance moves and get up and active with us!
This one-hour virtual Latin Dance class will start with an introduction to AARP and resources that support healthy living and then get you on your feet with instruction in dance styles from Merengue and Rumba to Bachata, Tango and Cha Cha.
No experience is required — this is a beginner class that will teach you core stylistic moves and break down each rhythmic pattern in an enjoyable way. Please have water handy and wear comfortable clothing. And please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
