About the Event
Feel stronger, steadier and more energized! This upbeat class blends balance training, light strength work, and Low-Intensity Interval Training. LIIT alternates short bursts of gentle effort with periods of recovery and has been shown to improve bone density, circulation and fall prevention. Move to great music and enjoy a supportive community.
Class is taught by Nate Guadagni, a senior fitness specialist with 20 years of experience. Please bring 2 sets of hand weights (one light and one heavier) and a sturdy chair. And please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
