About the Event
Discover the benefits of gentle yoga, where we bring together the mind, body, breath and heart to create a sense of harmony and well-being. With compassion, humor and expertise, instructor Ruth Sharon will guide you through chair-based movements with optional mat modifications, making this class perfect for beginners. In this gentle practice, you’ll learn how to cultivate inner harmony, mental clarity and energy.
Please have a chair handy. You may also bring optional items such as a yoga mat, pillow, yoga block, light blanket, shawl and water bottle. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
