In this gentle class, Jill offers personalized posture variations and guidance with yoga props (or household items), helping you find a practice that feels right for your body. No preparation is needed—bring yourself exactly as you are! Each session concludes with an uplifting reading to carry a sense of ease through your day.

- Mindful breathwork
- Grounding mindfulness practices
- Creating a peaceful space for all experience levels to recharge and connect
