Part 3 of our Mindful Movement series will explore how to relieve back, chest and neck pain through spinal mobility and shoulder stability exercises.
About the Event
Join us for another engaging brain and body workout, where we'll introduce exercises for spinal mobility and shoulder blade stability. This class, Part 3 of our series on back pain relief, is ideal for those dealing with all types of back pain, chest tightness and neck pain.
You can expect to gain a better understanding of your upper body mechanics and how to decrease pain and avoid it in the future. A block or pillow is recommended, and resistance bands or Therabands can add extra challenge if desired.
The class is led by Julia Fuller, a certified personal trainer and specialist in corrective exercise and biomechanics. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
