Yoga Fusion, In-person, Every Other Saturday This 45-minute class guided by Judith increases flexibility, balance, and harmony. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength. Yoga is as good as basic stretching for easing pain and improving mobility. Regular yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body-wide inflammation. Feel increased mental and physical energy, a boost in alertness and enthusiasm—beginner to intermediate. Equipment: Yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga strap, weights (no more than 2 pounds), rolled towel, or bolster, but all exercises can be done without equipment except for Yoga mat.
