The Oklahoma County Sheriff, FBI, Oklahoma Insurance Department, & AARP Oklahoma are hosting a free shred event June 20 from 8:30 11:30 a.m. at the MetroTech-1900 Springlake Dr.

The Oklahoma County Sheriff, FBI, Oklahoma Insurance Department, & AARP Oklahoma are hosting a free document shred event June 20 from 8:30 11:30 a.m. at the OKC Metro Tech-1900 Springlake Dr. north parking lot. This free event is open to the public to provide an easy way to dispose of sensitive documents and protect your identity. Participants can also receive a free fraud prevention kit and enter to win a $100 gift card.
Shred event organizers request attendees adhere to the following guidelines.
- Please do not bring documents that contain metal larger than a staple.
- Please do not bring magazines or cardboard to shred.
- There is a maximum of four boxes per person.
