Part of healthy aging is getting the right amount of exercise. Get moving with one of our exercise classes or strengthen your mind with one of our educational seminars. After our classes for the day end, fresh produce will be available at the community center. Feel free to sign up for one or all of our classes. Lunch and breakfast snacks will be provided.
