Chef Roline Casper, raised by a single working mother, spent her summers in her lola’s (grandmother’s) kitchen in the Philippines, where she developed a deep appreciation for cooking. She pioneered Roline’s Original Halo Halo Bar® and created the Baonnista® Sandwiches. Graduating valedictorian from the Napa Valley Cooking School, her first book, “The Easy Filipino Cookbook: 100 Classics Made Simple,” was a #1 New Release on Amazon. Chef Roline is an advocate for Filipino representation and enjoys giving back to the community through various charitable and nonprofit organizations.
