About the Event
Join AARP Virginia volunteer Denise Brown, a retired physical education teacher and former fitness instructor, for our 30-minute Strength and Stretch class. This workout routine, which focuses on both working and stretching your muscles to enhance strength and flexibility, can be performed in the comfort of your home using objects you have on hand to add weight and resistance.
The Strength and Stretch workout will include exercise modifications to suit various fitness levels. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
