AARP Oklahoma and Guthrie Green are offering free guided meditative experiences at Fly Loft, 117 N. Boston Ave, Tulsa. An experienced practitioner leads participants through the meditation using verbal instructions and techniques such as mindfulness, body scans, breath awareness, and visualization. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
