About the Event
Our Fall Nutrition & Cooking Series is for everyone who enjoys the flavors of fall. Join us as we put 3 favorite fall foods into the spotlight: apples, pumpkin, and pears! Cindy Silver, a local registered dietitian will bring us into her kitchen with delicious, keep-it-simple nutrition and recipes, including one healthier dessert recipe in each session!

Explore apple varieties, their nutrition, and how to make them into tasty meal and snack items. The easy, homemade recipes are for Fresh Apple Salad and Fall Apple Crisp (with variation for Fall Apple-Cranberry Crisp.)
