Yoga Fusion Online Class, Every Other Monday This 45-minute class uses yoga positions, stretches, and breathing techniques. Fitness moves incorporate light weights (optional) and yoga straps. Self-care techniques such as hand and foot massages are part of the fun. This fusion between yoga and fitness helps develop upper and lower body muscle strength and eye and hand coordination, resulting in more vitality, improved posture, and a sense of well-being. Great for beginners. Equipment - Yoga mat, bands, weights (no more than 2 lbs.), but all exercises can be done without equipment except for Yoga mat.
