This 90-minute presentation takes you to Baja California Sur, Mexico, a worldwide tourist attraction with beautiful beaches and over 100 hotels and resorts.
We’ll explore the cities of San Jose del Cabo, Cabo San Lucas, Todos Santos, La Paz and Los Barriles. In Cabo San Lucas, attractions include whale watching, boat rides to the Arch, sea lions and flying fish. The Bisbee Fishing Competition, focused on marlin, tuna and other fish, is held here every fall.
Birders can find endemic birds such as the Gray Thrasher, southern species such as the Zone-tailed Hawk, desert species such as the Vermillion Flycatcher and several species of ducks and shorebirds.
