Join fellow caregivers and friends for a relaxing and refreshing virtual tai chi class, and enjoy some respite and community, too.
AARP Indiana’s Circle of Care class is an online opportunity for caregivers and others seeking rejuvenation and relaxation. The instructor will lead us through an easy-to-learn tai chi routine that blends slow, gentle movements and mindful breathing to deliver a meaningful workout and energy flow.
Both caregivers and those who are curious to try something new are welcome. The session is designed as a tai chi class for beginners but is open to all. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
